  •    When I think of going on stage I feel terrified
  •    When I think of going on stage I feel get a headache/sick
  •    When I think of going on stage I feel paralyzed/nauseated, etc.
  •    I can speak to one or two people but not more than that!
  •    No way can I speak to 100, 100, 10,000….
  •    I’m making excuses because otherwise I’d have to take action
  •    It’s much better or easier to hide behind my excuses than to take action.
